My Firend Sent Me This "I've Come To The Conclusion

My firend sent me this "I've come to the conclusion that there is something seriously wrong with me. No this is not a joke I had the worst headache I've ever had in my life yesterday morning took about an hour to go away I felt a pop in my head and bam immediate relief. Now everytime I stand up I lose my vision get mild vertigo and feel like I'm falling. Never thought id say it but this scares me waiting til tomorrow and if symptoms continue I'm going to Champaigne to the hospital. I absolutely hate hospitals but I don't know what else to do." how should I proceed.
