My First Question Is, What Is The Name Of The

My first question is, what is the name of the passages between the nasal cavitys and the throat?

I have the sensation that the one from my right side of my nose is blocked. I tried using a nasal douche and the fluid could run easily from the left nostril to my throat/mouth but nothing from the right nostril.
