My Five Year Old Daughter Just Got Over A Horrible

My five year old daughter just got over a horrible stomached bug but stools still seem to be very neon green looking with still some form of looseness. (Form has some chunks but still loose) Tought we were getting well again but today she had a terrible episode of a nose bleed and now her skin looks yellowish am I being paranoid or does something seem off and worth looking into? Despite her symptoms she still seems to be her crazy bubbly self.
