My Five Year Old Had A Circumcision Last Week, Under

My five year old had a circumcision last week, under his penis looks like hard pus has formed, he was given an antibiotic to clear an infection which will finish tomorrow, I'm a bit worried about under his penis it doesn't look right. Does this sound normal after a circumcision?
