My Focus Is Good When Steady, But Changing Focus Causes

My focus is good when steady, but changing focus causes a feeling of my eyes sweeping to and fro slightly. It rectifies itself, but keeps happening as l look around. I have been decreasing my dose of AVAPRO on Dr's advice. Instead I have started taking BLACK COHOSH. Could that be causing the effect? I am trying to avoid computer/tablet as much as possible. There is slight nausea involved at times.
