My Foot Burned A Hour Ago By Boiled Water And

My foot burned a hour ago by boiled water and I was wearing thick socks due to winters and and till I opened them that boiled water burned me badly. I kept my foot in iced cold water for a hour, when I removed it from water and it was so painful or burning. My skin from where I am burned left its surface.
At this point of time I got silverex ionic, silver nitrate gel 0.02% through chemist so I applied but still its painful. And chemist suggest to take one tablet called Pyraforte.

Please suggest me that, am I taking right medication?
