My Foot Is Swollen N I Can't Get It To

My foot is swollen n I can't get it to go back to normal I feel fine other wise but it's really bothering me n im scared what can I do I ve taken ibuprophin I've done ice packs n it goes down a little when I sleep but as soon I start moving around alot it swells back up again
