My Foot On The Pedal Of The Accelerator Started Hurting

My foot on the pedal of the accelerator started hurting so I used my toe part ..Then it radiated to my calf.. After a few weeks.then behind my knee...as I walk up stairs there is a severe pain in my knee...I'm always walking and never seat down I 'm a librarian
