My Forearms Have Been Having Some Kind Of Reaction To

My forearms have been having some kind of reaction to something ever since I started a job as a dishwasher in a Chinese restaurant a year ago ,it starts itching anot hour or so after I get off of work in most cases sometimes sooner or later ,but now today my forearms are extremely itchy and hot and swollen and very hard with raised welts and some yellowish draining in many spots what is rash and how can I relieve my extreme discomfort??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! Sincerely at the end of my rope and in tears much of the time
