My Forehea Is Swollen Look Like A Neanderthal Any Idea

My forehea is swollen look like a Neanderthal any idea why? Should I go 2 emergency room or wait 2 c if it get any better by Monday & go 2 my family physician? Please advise. it looks awful & was @ first just my eye sockets & brow area, but now is my entire forehead, spreading. No pain or other symptoms though
