My Four Year Old Has Thrown Up One Time And

My four year old has thrown up one time and then been completely fine afterwards about 3 times in the last year. No fever, no diarrhea, no clamy skin. Just pale faced, throws up once and after a short time is up and playing like nothing ever happened. What could be some causes of this?
