My Four Year Old Son Has So Much Congetion/ Cold

My four year old son has so much congetion/ cold in nose and eyes. Its green and yellow in eyes, and nose. He developed a fever over the night so gave him Ibuprofen at 2a.m.. his ears appear to have fluid or wax in them that look like its draining. Also appears to be breathing harder then usual and i guess its because he is congested so but top of his lip appears to be a real pale pale pink almost as if its white with a little litle bot of pink in it but bottom lip is red. Dont have insurance right now for them in process of applying for medicaid is there anything i could do
