My Four Year Old Son Takes A Daily 2 Mg.

My four year old son takes a daily 2 mg. dose of lisinopril in compound formula as well as 10 teaspoons of prednisolone weekly. His dr prescribed Amoxicillin for an ear infection. Is this safe? The doc said it was but instead of improving he is getting worse
