My Friend I Think Stepped On Something Earlier Then Said

My friend I think stepped on something earlier then said she thought it was glass. Then she started feeling something moving, going up her leg, in her head, and like in her eyes jets and back down into her foot and keeps trying to move. One of my other friends felt and supposedly felt it moving also. I unfortunately couldn't be there. But do u have any explanation as to what it could be and why?
