My Friend Julie Has Severe Pain From Her Butt All

My friend Julie has severe pain from her butt all the way down to her foot on her left side.. Been back and forth to several emergency rooms and doctors offices and no one is helping. She can't put any pressure on it at all. She is completely bed ridden laying on her right side for several days. Can't get up to use bathroom. Has to wear diapers. Now she is unable to urinate or poop at all. Can you tell us why she can't use the bathroom.
