My Friend Rhonda Has Been Throwing Up Only Once In

My friend Rhonda has been throwing up only once in the morning since last sat. And her stomach has been hurting constantly also. She just started having diarrhea today. She isn't pregnant she had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. And she has had her gallery bladder out. Her stomach hurts severely before she is having diarrhea that it stops for a little while than starts again. What could it possibly be. I am with her right now. She doesn't have an appetite. Thankss
