My Friend Gave Me One Of Her Trazodone Pills To

My friend gave me one of her trazodone pills to use to go to sleep.
I took 1 and a half pills, and about 20 mins later I felt sick, I couldn't think straight, I felt disoriented, and scared.
I went home and it took me about an hour to fall asleep. That was Around 2am.
I woke up at 7am to get ready for work and I literally felt like I was on drugs still. It was terrible. I laid in bed until 8 and finally built the strength to get up and go to work.
On my way there I felt so sick and tired and foggy.
I had to be sent home early because of how bad it had got.
Today when I woke up I still felt the same! What is going on?
Why won't this feeling leave? Should I go to hospital? I can't miss work again.
And I hate this feeling
