My Friend Got A Very Very Small Bruise After Our

My friend got a very very small bruise after our dog excitedly jump on her two weeks ago ..its very small like a needle tip bruise almost no blood...today she told me that she got headache often....is it because of the bruise from the dog...by the way the dog is still okay no changes in his behaviour...thank you
