My Friend Had An Accident Yesterday Night. He Was Crossing

My friend had an accident yesterday night. He was crossing the road when suddenly a high speed bike hit him. He startrted bleeding from left ear. Got his CT scan done which shows no head injury. An ent wil be examining him in a little while. what can be be possible reason of bleeding of ear. is there anything to worry about??
