My Friend Had Been Developing These Dark Spots All Over
My friend had been developing these dark spots all over his left side of the neck and upper chest.
Started some 6 years ago, when initially it was covering just 2-3cm diameter area , slowly spreading to the surrounding skin to all over the left upper chest and neck. ATTACHED PICTURES.
No other symptoms or complaints.
Kindly give me a diagnosis and advice a treatment.
