My Friend Had Cortisone Shots In Her Knees And The

My friend had cortisone shots in her knees and the next day she ended up in the hospital with chest pains. After being in the hospital for 2 days she was released though she still had chest pains and the doctors had no answer to why. They gave her anti-biotics but didn't tell her why she's taking them. Could the cortisone shots be responsible for the pain she is in?
