My Friend Had His Bladder Removed 18 Months Ago Due

My friend had his bladder removed 18 months ago due to bladder cancer-it has reoccured in his pelvic area and he has just finished his 4th chemo treatment. The doctor said it is not curable, just they will try to keep it beat back-realistically, how long may he have to live?
