My Friend Has CCA And Is In Her 70's. She

My friend has CCA and is in her 70's. She is always confused, asked for her husband (he has to have hospital treatment and I care for her) She remembers her early years such as when she was at school and met her husband. Sometimes I can make her laugh but sometimes she cries and wishes she was dead. This is worrying me. Any help or advice you can give me to help me help her would be appreciated. They are about to move into a new build house specially for her needs soon and would also like to ask you the best way to make this transaction. Thank you
