My Friend Has A Black Head In Her Ear She

My friend has a black head in her ear she has been picking @ it & now it's swollen pretty badly I'm thinking she has a secondary infection from playing with it & needs an antibiotic should she try to drain it or leave it alone & seek medical treatment ???
