My Friend Has A History Of Drug Addiction & Alcoholism.

My friend has a history of drug addiction & alcoholism. She had cancer 6 years ago & lost her eye due to it. It returned and she got diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. In October 2015 she was given the diagnosis with 6 months left to live. She had a blood transfusion 3 days ago, and returned to drinking alcohol yesterday. What are & how great are the risks of this?
