My friend has a wide variety of symptoms. She has fainting spells and dizzy spells, pain when she urinates, frequent urination, diarrhea, blurred vision, stomach pain, tiredness, a dry cough and she has type 1 diabetes. The fainting spells are the worst part as she has even had them driving, and they are becoming worse. The frequent urination is new.
