My friend has been diagnosed with depression and psd. His father died 2 months ago and his mother went blind two days later. He is the executor of the estate which is very complex. He's lost 45lbs, cannot sleep, feels extremely weak and feels hopeless and sees nothing but the negative. He thinks he's dyeing. Will not go to dr due to lack of insurance
