My Friend Has Been Experiencing Tunnel Vision Prior To Passing

My friend has been experiencing tunnel vision prior to passing out, dry eyes, blowing clots of blood out of his nose. He is a 35 yr old male. Not over weight. Doesn't smoke any longer. Uses an ecig . Had a inner ear issue with dark mucus discharge in the last few months. My concern is the passing out and clots. Could this be sin us related or would you suggest a CT scan sms
