My Friend Has Been Having These Really Bad Heart Pains

My friend has been having these really bad heart pains on and off for about a month now and I'm becoming concerned that she may have a heart condition. Along with these pains, she has difficulty breathing, light headedness, shaking of the legs and hands, fatigue, and sometimes irregular heart beat. Any ideas of what this could be? I'm really worried about her because she is really young and has no history of heart problems or respiratory problems.
