My Friend Has Flu Or Food Poision Like Symtoms. She

My friend has flu or food poision like symtoms. She vomiting and has diarrhea and dry heaving cuz nothint left to bring up. She also informed me that since shes been sick (which has been for about 3 or 4 days now) that when she pee's there is a foul smell. I was wondering what could be causing that and what treatments she should be doing to help with it all
