My Friend Has Had A Lot Of Blood Appear In

My friend has had a lot of blood appear in her urine for over a week. A uti test was done at the hospital and they said she did not have an infection. My question is very specific" could the blood in her urine be from an internal hemmroid? That is really all I want to know. Thank you?
