My Friend Has Had A Scan Which Showed A Shadow

My friend has had a scan which showed a shadow on the brain. The doctors say it is either a brain infection, a benign tumour or a malignant tumour. She is having a full body scan tomorrow. Is there a chance she will be ok? I'm so worried, its happened suddenly
