My Friend Has Had The Sensation To Have A Bowel

My friend has had the sensation to have a bowel movement and then nothing comes. and when it does come its like cat stool. also some mucus. i am concerned cuz i had colon cancer and that sounds like some of the symptoms. also she doesnt have insurance so how can she be seen for a colonostomy
