My Friend Has Just Recently Told Me Since Sunday There

My friend has just recently told me since sunday there has been blood in his stool. He has also voiced that his stomach hurts and it hurts to walk and move around. He says he has not strained to go the restroom. He is being stubborn and not going to the drs. Im concerned because it has been going on now for 3 days.
