My friend has severe pain in his face associated with a cold and congestion (pain that he says he's never felt before in his face). He took a decongestant and Afrin nose spray ~30 minutes ago with no relief. The pain is bad enough to make him sweat and tear up. He also indicates his teeth on the same side of his face are now numb. Should I take him to an urgent care facility?
