My Friend Has The Following Symptoms....garbled Speech, Trouble Swallowing At

My friend has the following symptoms....garbled speech, trouble swallowing at times, clenched left hand, eyes not working without moving head up or down, sometimes drool, left foot not as flexible as right. She has had several neuro doctors and their tests, no one can find anything. All tests come back negative for stroke or other brain trauma.
