My Friend Is 60 Years Of Age, Has Reynauds Syndrome

My friend is 60 years of age, has Reynauds Syndrome and gets rash on upper front chest but has developed a recurrent hive/rash on the upper back and shoulders thatcomes and goes. Is on liver medication to control amonia build up and has what is called an acetaminophen liver . Has seen dermatologist who recommended ointment for back but seems counter productive -- burns on on contact and exacerbates the situation. Best regards, Dr. Mike Weiler
