lways has one ankle swelled . But he doesn't feel any pain. I think its been without circulation for to long its dead. Now his leg stays red and rashy looking. So the dermatologist gives him ointment. which doesn't change anything. The Dr. gives him water pills which doent do nothing. Should we be be worried.
