My Friend Is Blind & On Dialysis With A Chest

My friend is Blind & on Dialysis with a chest tunnel catheter being used while her Fistula matures. She has a lot of irritation/itching going on at the catheter area. Therefore, she has Pulled it out 3X. We Need a Preventative solution. Thought about some sort of shoulder sling to prevent her getting to it again. HELP!
