My Friend Is A 54 Y/o Male With Extreme Hypertension,

My friend is a 54 y/o male with extreme hypertension, occasional chest pain, weakness in lower extremities, facial droop at times, frequent headaches, occasional slurred speech, difficulty focusing on tasks at work, confusion and recently c/o smelling cigarette smoke. he does not smoke and lives alone. I cannot get him to address this and this evening he has c/o vomiting, diarrhea and smell of cigarette smoke. advised him to go to e.r. but he refuses.....
