My Friend Is A Male, Approximately 50 Yrs Of Age...Refuses

My friend is a male, approximately 50 yrs of age...Refuses to go to dr. Having spasms thru out body...He just vomited a bit. He is a drug user and been up like 36 hrs...He has smoked some harrione today and some meth today I guess..He took some of his suboxin today. Bit of history He hasn't done ALOT MORE DRUGS than this and not slept for up to 5 days
