My Friend Is Having Some Issues, Lately She Has Been

My friend is having some issues, lately she has been suffering from swollen lymph nodes, nausea with vomiting, extremely tired, dysphasia, allergy type symptoms,and cold and flu symptoms. That aren't effected by antibiotics... He doctors have run every test they can think of but nothing is helping she only seems to be getting worse.
