My Friend Is Pregnant And All Of A Sudden In

My friend is pregnant and all of a sudden in the past couple of days, the outside of her left heel is swollen and has a fluid filled blister on the back of her heel that would hit her shoes. The whole lower part of the heel is reddened and painful to the touch.
