My Friend Is Taking This Drug At Present He Started

My friend is taking this drug at present he started to feel nausea but his prostate is enlarge at the moment it was infected 3 to 4months ago n come back what should he be doing like text wise to see if it is cancerous he had a stroke in 2005 but I have none of these cards I'm not working so plz help he is all alone at 61
