My Friend Just Fell Over And Landed On Her Tail

My friend just fell over and landed on her tail bone, she couldn't get up by herself and when she did she fell back down to the floor, with some help we got her to the bed, she had ringing in her ears for several mins and feels sick and very dizzy, she can walk by her self but is still dizzy and doesn't feel right
