My Friend Smoked Weed A Month Ago .. Can It

My friend smoked weed a month ago .. Can it effect him today .. The last month he has a pain in his head and keeps getting dizzy and forgetting where he is .. He plays lots of sports and is out since .. he also feel like his not in not in my body and has small bit of memory loss ..i need to help him asap
