My Friend Visiting Tulum Has What Look Like Concentric Circles

My friend visiting Tulum has what look like concentric circles on the top of her foot. Her skin is fair but these somewhat circular lines are a shade of brown. She has been wearing flip flops or going barefoot. It isn't an odd tan line, she says. Not itchy or bothersome. Parasite?
