My Friend Was Drinking And Hit Her Head On Her

My friend was drinking and hit her head on her door and then fell and hit her head on the floor. Her pupils seemed normal size right after maybe a little bigger. Now, about and hour and a half later she is asleep, not responding to me waking her. She has a pulse and is breathing I think she's just tired. However, I opened her eyes and shined a light in and both of her pupils are very very tiny. Does she have a concussion?
