My Friend Went Out Drinking Last Night. She Had Six

My friend went out drinking last night. She had six redds Apple beers, three shots of mini beers, and a bud light. Her drinks were unattended during the night while she was playing pool and she's been throwing up last night around 3:00 this morning. Her vomit has been dark purple and has changed to yellow. Now she's just throwing up mucus and water. Is it possible something was slipped into her drink or is she just experiencing alcohol poisoning? What can I do to help? Does she need to go to urgent care? I have given her pedialite and ibuprofen.
