My Friend Went To The Hospital And Her Blood Count

My friend went to the hospital and her blood count was down to a 7, they gave her 4 units of blood.. it brought it up to a 9.. she has a horrible headache that won't go away.. they did a brain scan- negative.. an echo- negative, they said they saw a spot on her heart.. she has to go back in for a stress test.. sent her home. She feels terrible and still no answers.. what do you think??
